The Independent Society of Musicians (ISM) is the UK’s professional body for musicians and a nationally recognised subject association for music.
Since 1882, they have been dedicated to promoting the importance of music and protecting the rights of those working in the music profession. They support over 11,000 members across the UK and Ireland with our unrivalled legal expertise, comprehensive insurance and specialist services.
Handbook & Music Journal
The ISM has recently updated their branding and Oakshed has worked on a whole range of projects to implement this new brand across their designs. Regular projects include the annual Handbook and quartley Music Journal.
Resources updated to new brand
Following the ISM brand update, Oakshed worked on all the ISM & the ISM Trust’s current publications to being consistency and application of the new brand styling across the board.
Topical report publication design
Another regular design job has been working on some of the many ISM’s topical report publications – from the effects of Brexit on the music industry to an All-party Parliament Group report; Discrimination in the music sector to reports about Music Education.
Advertising Campaigns
Design concepts, development and artwork for a variety of ISM advertising campaigns – both for print and online, including animated GIFs.
