‘SimplyScilly’ Brochure
Whilst working at Gendall Design studio in Falmouth, I project managed the SimplyScilly brochure for three consecutive years, working closely with the Council of the Isles of Scilly. This involved working with hundreds of advertisers: collating their holiday accommodation information; managing the studio production of final designed picture listings that then appeared within the brochure; managing the deadlines of artwork approvals from all of the advertisers.
Isles of Scilly Promotional Leaflet
I was commissioned by Gendall Design to design a concertina folded leaflet that promotes the Isles of Scilly and all it has to offer as a day trip, on behalf of Island Partnerships.

I worked with Hanna on three of the SimplyScilly brochures, she is absolutely superb and far surpassed my expectations of a project manager. Hanna quickly picked up the design brief, is intuitive, articulate and professional. She kept us clearly informed of project milestones, there were no hidden extra’s and any design concepts were always creative, inspired and relevant.
Hanna also helped us communicate our decisions to advertisers within the guide, and nothing was too much trouble. Not only was Hanna always on hand to answer my queries but she always turned things around extremely quickly. Her design experience and knowledge from similar projects was insightful and helped us make better decisions. As a result Hanna helped to cement the ‘SimplyScilly’ brochure brand identity and we won ‘Brochure Cover of the Year’ from the British Destinations Organisation.
I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Hanna again and can’t recommend her highly enough.
