Design concepts, development and artwork of the annual Tide table that is supplied to all Mylor Yacht Harbour’s customer.
Welcome pack folder with bespoke cutter guide
Mylor Yacht Harbour needed a new A5 folder to contain information for their Welcome pack for new customers. Keeping the outer cover very simple to allow for multi-use of the folder, I created a bespoke cutter guide for the internal pocket that followed the curves of the brand marque.
Brand update & promotional stand
Mylor Yacht Harbour has two sub brands: Marine Team and Harbourside Holidays. For quite a few years, these services were marketed as three different brands and fairly separate. In order to build on Mylor Yacht Harbour’s renowned reputation, and to bring the services in to one brand family, Oakshed updated the logo marque to include all three, but with Mylor Yacht Harbour as the head. There are also logo variations for just promoting either the Marine Team or Harbourside Holidays, as shown in the promotional popup stand for Marine Team below.
Powerpoint & Word templates
To ensure consistency on internal and external presentations, Oakshed set up a series of Powerpoint templates, for both Mylor Yacht Harbour and Marine Team, allowing staff to select from a variety of page layouts and produce a final presentation that is on brand and consistent with all other presentations.
Harbourside Holidays promotional brochure
Mylor Yacht Harbour’s self-catering holiday apartments provide the perfect base to escape, explore and enjoy being by the sea and stunning Cornish coastline. Oakshed was commissioned to design the promotional brochure to market these luxury hideaways, together with a separate annual rate card, so as not to time limit the brochures shelf life, and feedback form.
Animated Christmas eCard
Design concepts, development and video build of an animated Christmas eCard, basing it on the site layout at Mylor Yacht Harbour but transforming it in to a winter wonderland. The Marina crew are there as Father Christmas’ helpers, the Mylor water taxi as the sleigh, the engineers den as the toy workshop – and not forgetting Mylor HQ as the home of the Graffy family (owners of Mylor Yacht Harbour).

Charity calendar design
Following a photography competition for Mylor Yacht Harbour’s customers, I was commissioned to design a calendar that used some of the winning entries to be sold to raise money for the charity Mylor Sailability. I sourced images of textures to accompany each month’s image that focus on some of the beautiful materials around the harbour.
